I have a large number of Sonos devices in my home and until the change in app it was all working ok. Since they brought the alarms function back a strange thing has been happening. The alarms that are set in the evening for my children to have sleep music now work, they did not at first, but the ones that are set as alarms in the morning for multiple rooms do not. I have deleted them and reinstalled them but it does not work. I have used the chat fiction with Sonos and provided the analytics but they could not help and I am now in a 105minute queue for an adviser, please help as I cannot understand what is going on and cannot get any help.
