My alarm is off by four hours. If I set it for seven it goes off at three. I wanted to get up at seven so I set the alarm for 11 and it went off at seven. Any ideas out there?? (Just switched to new app)

Sonos software developers need to learn how to code software to take into account the time zone of where a user’s kit is installed.  I would guess you are in a time zone 4 hours away from UTC?

Not sure what UTC is but my first thought also was time zones. I am in Eastern time USA. In any event I don’t see any way to make an adjustment. Thanks for your response

It’s this: -

A quick check of the current time in eastern US tells me you are indeed 4 hours behind UTC.
