Alarm did not go off at set time

Hi all sorry if someone has already asked but does anyone has the same problem?   I set my alarm either chime or sono favorite like a radio.  However, it never go off at the set time.  I live in UK and she since the new app my alarm isn’t working anymore…

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Welcome to the Sonos Community! And, apologies for the delay!

We now consider this issue to be resolved.

If you still experience any issues with Alarm functionality, please erase any existing Alarms and recreate them - if you still experience issues after that, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
