Can it be true that it is only the system owner, who can create and edit alarms?
Can there be several system owners in the same household?
Or is it it really true that I have to ask my husband for his login to change an alarm?

Yes, you have to ask your Husband to login on your App (just a one time event) to give you administrative access to set an alarm, as he is the system owner.
Ownership can be transferred for a Sonos system and you can have your own separate system too if you prefer.
In the use-case here, I am assigned as system owner (someone has to do it) and have installed the App on my iPhone/iPad/Android Tablet and also installed it on my Wife’s iPad & iPhone and two separate PC’s in the Home - either of us can goto the App on any of the seven devices to set a Sonos Alarm.
That said, we mostly choose to use Alexa alarms on Sonos devices instead. That doesn’t require system administrative privileges to set an ‘Alexa’ Alarm.
