I have not used Sonos for a few months. When I logged in today it updated my controller to 80155014

When I try to access my music library it says I do not have access to the folder (C:/user/../itunes)

How do I use the system now?

Hi @JCattell , thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear of the music library issues you have experienced.

If the library is still inaccessible I would first recommend ensuring your Sonos system is up to date, as we are frequently releasing updates to address some of the recently reported issues.

If you are fully up to date and are running into the same issue, I would recommend contacting our technical support who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
