I listen to the Sonos system typically listening to my own music. - music that I own. That’s completely gone now and even though I’ve tried every suggestion here to fix it, nothing works. Thanks Sonos!

The application (IOS) reverts to the first room listed in my (now worthless) system and even after de-selecting that room and selecting another room - IT GOES BACK to the previous selection. I just want to listen to a streaming service since my music is NO LONGER AVAILABLE, and I can’t even do that.

I hope Sonos goes out of business after screwing your customer base as you have. ALL of your employees, in particular the CEO deserves to be out on the street looking for a new job.
