Soundcloud service is showing as ‘Operational’. My 500 issue still persists, though.
Then you may be experiencing a slightly different issue, that only appears to be similar. I would encourage you to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
Issue has been persisting for at least 10 days.
Do Sonos not manage their limited service partners relationship? Joke of a company.
