We purchased a Zyxec GS 1920 48 port as a replacement switch. I replaced the switch by just connecting it our network, everything worked, I was then told we should add an IP and password.

I tried accessing through the default IP (192.168.1.1) but could not. I tried resetting using the button on the side of the switch and now the SYS light is flashing and I cannot connect to it.

Have tried restarting but the problem continues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
How does this have anything to do with Sonos?
Saw a question up about this switch on an earlier post so thought I'd try
