Yousee missing for several week

How come YouSee suddenly stopped working in the app and how come you suddenly change my home country in my profile from Denmark where all my speakers are bought, to Netherlands?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

You have answered half of your own question - YouSee is only available within Denmark, so if our location for you is set to the Netherlands, that is why you can no longer see/play YouSee in your Sonos app.

Please sign in at, go to your account settings and update your location to Denmark, saving changes before you leave the website. It will normally take up to 24 hours for the change to take effect in the Sonos app, but you can hurry things along by checking for a software update - Settings » System » System Updates » Check for updates

As for why you got moved from Denmark to Netherlands in the first place, I don’t know, but we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
