Hello,

Some thumbnails of mp3 music files, located on my Synology NAS, show the wrong album art in my S2 app (app version 12.2.5).

How can I correct that? Thanks. 

If the metadata in the tags are indeed correct, it suggests a disconnect between your speakers and your hard drive at the moment that data is being accessed. Could be simple wifi interference , or even a duplicate IP address issue. I’d certainly try a refresh of the network, bu unplugging all Sonos devices, and while they are unplugged, rebooting the router. Once the router comes back up, go ahead and plug the Sonos devices back in.

However, there’s no guaranty here. If, after reading and applying any potential fixes from the linked FAQ, as well as performing the network refresh, you’re still experiencing the problem, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of duplicating this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it, or post the diagnostic number here for a Community Moderator to pick up.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
