I have permitted access from both Sonos and WMP. That’s about the extent of my computer ability. Can someone dumb down what else I can try or what I am missing? Thanks!!

 

Perhaps see if the guidance mentioned in this Sonos support link will assist you to get things up and running - Ensure your PC network connection is set to private and not public. Also ensure Windows Firewall is not blocking the service.
