Sonos have chosen to “leak” the details of this update to a third party and published a teaser that suggested we would see a major update this week but, as has become normal, have failed to communicate what is happening directly to the users most impacted.

All of this goes to prove, to me at least, that Sonos does not care about me the user and my investment in their technology. 

We are now in the 11th week and Sonos still cannot get their act together and communicate properly.
