Without going in discussion on if the new app is good or bad... we have to deal with it. But i am looking for the genres list. When you search for a playlist or a radiostation in the old app there was a list with suggestions. Now you only have a blanc search field. Is this list still hidden somewhere?

In both desktop and iOS apps music library allows you to browse by genre->artist. In desktop app, as you start searching, a "genres" filter appears, though it seems to be there as a permanent tab on the mobile search. Not sure if this only shows genres from your local library though (think it does), but an "all artists classified as 'Rock' on Spotify" filter wouldn't be particularly useful.
