I have a Sonos playbar and Sonos 5 speakers. I only hear the playbar and not the speakers. I have the volume all the way for the speakers. What do I need to do to hear the speakers?

Are these Play:5s bonded as surrounds? If so then for music you need to select 'full' mode rather than 'Ambient '.
For TV sound you need to be playing a surround sound audio format.
There are also sliders in the settings to adjust the relative volume of surrounds to soundbar.
