Update to windows 10

Hi all,
SInce I updated my laptop to windows 10 the sonos app won't work. I have tried to uninstall it and restart but no luck. Any ideas?

Windows 10 update likes to reclassify your networks as public, which restricts local communication.

Make sure that isn't the case by following these instructions:

CLICKY

If that doesn't do it, check your firewall settings

I know this thread is old but I have almost thrown my laptop out the window until I followed your advice and it worked like and absolute dream - thanks very much for the info, I registered especially to say thanks (that's how "on the edge" I was)!!
