My windows 10 S2 app, keeps asking to update. I updated is it already 6 times.

I reset the app and I downloaded the app from Sonos and reinstalled it.

Problem persist.

You have mentioned S2 App v12.1 in your thread title, but the current version is v13.1?

Perhaps uninstall the App and get the latest version from this link (below) and more importantly using a mobile controller App, perhaps just ensure your device firmware is also up-to-date.
