So at work we have a pair of ones and a subwoofer and recently we added at home a pair of 5’s and another sub. Both are on different networks. Will my phone recognize and be able to control both systems on the Sonos app?

Yes, once you add/switch to using each Sonos system once, then after that, the Sonos controller App will switch to each system automatically defending on which WiFi network the mobile device is connected too.
I find closing the App fully between switching networks works best, but it’s not a requirement to do that.
