I’m running 5 for 5… Sonos requires an update, and my system completely stops working.  I mostly use the system for playing my record player.  LOVE the speaker when it works.  It’s a doorknob right now.  Infuriating.  

Describe your system for us. Describe your network. What is wired? Wireless? What model router are you using? Do you have a WiFi mesh?

I suggest that you refrain from Factory Reset without further consult.


Why not disable auto-updates for all your Sonos controllers and only do them manually when you really need to?
