Synching Volume levels on Multiple Sonos Players

Question

Having had the Sonos addiction for many years, I am now fortunate to have multiple Sonos players in various rooms. When I select a group like ‘kitchen’ is there an easy way of synching the volume to all the players in that group? Currently I have around 6 players in total in the kitchen and depending on who used them last, i have to manually sync the volume using the individual sliders for each player.

would be helpful if there is a ‘sync all’ type thing but I can’t see anything obvious.

Try sliding the Group Volume all the way down to zero. This might align the Room sliders. However, since the rooms are likely different sizes and the Volume control characteristics are different for each model, this trick might not work out. You may be able to use the Volume Limit feature to work through some of these differences.
