I have a ton of playlists I wanted to share the lists with a couple buddies (just the lists not the actual music) SonoSaver (search for it on the web) does the job.
I can save each Playlist as a CSV, convert then to Excel, clean up and sort to my hearts delight and pass along.

This tool has been shared before, but I know the question or sharing playlists comes up a few times so it’s good to see it being posted again. Hopefully this helps other people looking to share playlists like you have.
