Sorry nobody is in, lots of talk but not one case filed that we users know of.
Still your anger is understandable, Sonos made a massive error and is discovering the fools who promised a quick fix were fools. It is costing them dearly.
If you state your problems, maybe some help will be offered.
That’s IT Sonos. Your lousy app sucks. Your company sucks. I had a party for my wife’s birthday WITHOUT MUSIC because your app would not work. Your company is worthless and a joke. I have thousands of dollars of your equipment and they are all BRICKS. I hope you go out of business. I will make it my goal to badmouth you on every blog I can. I will also make sure everyone I know never buys your stuff. In fact I made an announcement at the party to explain why we had no music. I told the horror story that is Sonos and told everyone to NEVER BUY YOUR STUFF.
SONOS COMMUNITY WE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. ANY LAWYERS OUR THERE? I’M IN!!!!!
Looking at your profile, I see that you have many replies in posts stating your disappointment with the new app, which stopped 4 months ago. Were you able to solve your issues between your last reply and now?
Have you ever asked for help in solving your issue or are you content to make negative comments in the community?
You show that you have 11 speakers in your home, do you have any of them hardwired to your network? The Beam and Playbar would be the best candidates for hardwiring.
I feel your pain and agree. I am in a similar situation. The app has not worked properly all day and I am unable to use their products. I am also waiting for a $710 dollar credit for a product I returned 2 months ago (they sent the wrong color). 3 calls to support/sales and still no credit after months. These guys are total thieves at this point.
Sonos ruined my holiday party. It’s a garbage company. I regret ever doing business with them.

So we’re to believe that up until your party everything worked and on the day of your party it failed? That’s quite a coincidence. The system had to have been showing signs of inoperability before hand. Pre-planing or contingency planning should have been on your radar.
Yeah, I find any story about an event “ruined” by an app which hasn’t been functioning for 6 months to be quite questionable. No sane person would plan an event that relies solely on a longtime non-functioning music system for its success.
