I am facing issues in updating my sonos in crestron Tsw-1060. I have totally 4 crestron touch pannels in which 2 of the touch pannels sonos are working fine, wen I go to set up mode ---- about---- sonos version update. But when repeat the same process in other two touch pannels it is not getting updated. Please find the attached image and kindly help me with this .
