I am facing issues in updating my sonos in crestron Tsw-1060. I have totally 4 crestron touch pannels in which 2 of the touch pannels sonos are working fine, wen I go to set up mode ---- about---- sonos version update. But when repeat the same process in other two touch pannels it is not getting updated. Please find the attached image and kindly help me with this .

Have you resolved this issue? The latest TSW firmware has 10.0.3 and Sonos updated theirs to 10.2. I can't believe these idiots can't get it together. I can't get the TWS to just update the sonos to 10.2.
