Sonos support ever successful?

I've spent hours on the phone with tier 1 and 2 and no one knows anything about setting up a media server or how to troubleshoot the errors they generate. Even the email follow up link the last guy sent me generates a system error. Sonos is worse than Facebook.

Windows media server works okay with Sonos (see attached), but whilst I do have that option available, I personally mostly use either a local SMB shared NAS library, or I use the Plex service both locally with that library and when travelling with portable devices like Roam/Move etc.
