I've spent hours on the phone with tier 1 and 2 and no one knows anything about setting up a media server or how to troubleshoot the errors they generate. Even the email follow up link the last guy sent me generates a system error. Sonos is worse than Facebook.

Support helped me very well when I was having difficulty with Google Assistant on my Beam.
