Hi, 

I have 1 play5 using s1 android app and 2 play2 using sonos s2 app. Since this morning, i am not able to use both system.

 

When i launched s1 it says that can t connect to sonos...i did reset it but same issue. After some time i am able to launch it but it last 30 seconds then problem arise...also if i am usingthe s2 app it stop working. 

 

I did also try to unplug the 2 play 1 but s1 and play 5 not working anymore…

 

I also see same behavior with s2 and the 2nplay1 i am not able to use it anymore…

 

Any idea what i should do ?

Interesting test i did:

 

Unplug the 2 play1..reset the play5 with the s1...didn t work first then have to wait a few mins..it work for a few seconds then.the launch the s2 ( play 1 are still unplug ) and have the error message can t connect anymore.

Version of s1 i am using  12.2.1 on android


Well spending my whole night on this..

Seems now that only one app can work at the same time..either s1 or either s2..

If s1 is ok then s2 is not working anymore..

 

2020 make me tired of sonos....i had my systems since 2008 !!!
