Think I’ve changed to Sonos 1 app and had to set up again as nothing working .

now have nothing to play ! 
no playlists no radio , no nothing 

Sounds like you factory reset your device, which is almost never a good idea.


What app were you using before the S1 app? If it was the S2 app, you can’t downgrade your system once it has been upgraded. If that’s not what you’ve done, perhaps more information might help the community figure out what the issue might be, rather than us guessing, based on the lack of information in your post.
