Sonos Radio reauthorization real solutions

Apparently the issue with Sonos Radio has not been resolved at with me and some others.

Sonos Support has not been helpful as of now. I have not seen a resolution on FB or Sonos community.

Being on hold for 85 minutes is not helpful. I’m hoping someone has a solution. TYIA
