Recently I've been experiencing this problem intermittently. Often i could not find my Sonos Playlist section. Please advise if anyone knows the fix to the problem. Thanks

Sounds a lot like a network issue where your controller is not maintaining a constant connection with your speakers, but without more detail, it’s relatively hard to tell. 


Thanks for the response. I think you're right... the problem just appeared right after i upgraded to mesh wifi 6 asus zenwifi.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports about your network.
