I am installing Sonos at another home that I own that is on a different WIFI. Do I need to use a totally different cellphone account as a controller?

Set it up as a new system and your Sonos controller will automatically detect the correct system when it connects to the WiFi network.

No you don't. Your one phone can control multiple Sonos system (not at the same time but that's not the issue here)
