Sonos Controller
I am installing Sonos at another home that I own that is on a different WIFI. Do I need to use a totally different cellphone account as a controller?

Set it up as a new system and your Sonos controller will automatically detect the correct system when it connects to the WiFi network.

+22No you don't. Your one phone can control multiple Sonos system (not at the same time but that's not the issue here)
