I have the sonos app on my phone and the volume control stays on my home page all the time and it is using my iPhone power. How can I turn it of thanks liz

Thank you went in app and turned Lock Screen off and it worked thanks again liz

When you close the Sonos app, does it disappear?
Yes it does but when I look at my phone it’s there

Is it always displayed on the Lock Screen regardless of whether or not your Beam is playing audio from your TV or if the Sonos app is closed?

Try completely shutting your phone off.
If that doesn’t work, in the Sonos app, go to Settings > App Preferences and turn Lock Screen Controls off.
