Well as a new user my experience of Sonos is spending time on this forum whenever I want to listen to a new podcast/ music service... And more often than not we end up listening on my mobile device and the Sonos move stays silent. What a waste of money and time... I just don't get the hype with Sonos. To me it's just another plateforme strategy to lock up customer.

We bought you're ***** device at a hefty price, just let people free of using whatever app they want.

Sonos feels líke such a con company.

I will never buy it again or recommand it.

What specific apps are you trying to use with the Move? Are you connected to the Move over Bluetooth or on WiFi? Are you using an iOS or Android device?
