I'm afraid we are going to need more information. "Sonos to Alexa problem" doesn't quite have enough details.
+26There isn't a problem with using Alexa with Sonos really, so we'll probably need some more details, as jgatie said. We're working with them to bring some new integration this year, but that's not available yet.
