If I set an alarm in the Sonos app, when the alarm turns on, I expect to see a Sonos screen on my device that allows me to snooze the alarm or switch it off.

This only happens intermittently, is there a reason why?

I am on v 10.5.2.

I have the same question. 

When I enable  the snooze option it will spontaneous be disabled after some time…

I already found that if you disable an alarm and just enable it, for example, the next day then the snooze option also disabled and you have to go into the alarm setting to enable it again.

It's annoying.

Have send a mail to support about it today (about the first issue)

 

 


I do not get the snooze notification when my alarm goes off in the morning. I am using a Samsung android smartphone and I have submitted a diagnostics report with confirmation number 1283737834.

Please help urgently.
