sluggish sonos

Hello, for the past month, my Sonos doesn’t respond as it used to. I am unable to instantly control the volume or change a music track or radio station. I have 2 x Play3s and 1 x Pkay 1

Any ideas ?

Try rebooting your router and phone.

Wouldn’t hurt anything to unplug the Sonos before you reboot the router, and power them back up afterwards. Might help, but won’t hurt.
