Is there any chance that the Saxo app could be compatible with the Sonos player? We listen to books through that app.

You’d need to suggest to the folks at Saxo that they should become part of the Sonos universe. Likely for legal reasons, Sonos can’t just add anyone they want. You could point the Saxo folks to the Sonos partners page for details on how to do so.
