I just installed Radio Paradise.... which displays the album cover for each track as it plays (nice). As the tracks changed I then realised that the S2 background is colour coordinated with the predominant album cover colour, where the overall effect is a rather sickly kaleidoscopic display of weird pastel colours (Not nice).
Good grief.
Try a third party app that doesn’t do this.

There are third party apps on Android. In fact the very first third party Sonos app is still available on Android, based on what I have seen in other other threads. (I am not an Android user myself).
