s1 app - forcing to s2

Nearly all setting are greyed out in my s1 app I use. I have a pc connected to a gen 1 Connect and two new Play Ones.


I have this working via my Tablet which only has the S1 app installed. On my phone with both apps the S1 app just tells me sod you, open s2.


Audio kit should last longer than this Sonos. It’s pricey stuff. Support your customers maybe.

You’ll need to downgrade the Play Ones to S1. Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.
