Was playing through connect in my living room an hour or so ago. This room has now disappeared from the app. I've tried rebooting the connect and my router and neither get the connect to show. The connect does come up if I connect directly to the router with a cable. Everything else in the room is working over WiFi and as I said, it was working over WiFi a couple of hours ago . Very very annoying how can I fix this
Hi, Jason. Welcome to the community. Something isn't right here, let's fix it. Can you please cable the CONNECT once more, then submit a diagnostic and respond with the confirmation number. This will enable me to see what has happened. Many thanks in advance.
Similar circumstance here in that an entire room has disappeared from the sonos app - great room has gone missing
