I just got a new Roam 2 - this is my first Sonos speaker. I cannot get the Roam 2 connected to the Sonos app. The only way I can play music on it is through my phone.

I have factory reset the dang thing at least 5 times. I am using a Verizon mifi for internet.

Any suggestions?
