I would like to be able to listen to Radiooooo.com (also an iOS app) on Sonos.  Is there any way to suggest radio streams to Sonos?  This one would be a little involved than a simple internet radio stream since the app lets you choose a country and a decade and streams commercial-free music from there.  How ‘bout it Sonos? 

It actually works the other way. Sonos doesn’t add people to their system, the other people do. Send a note to Radiooooo.com and point them to the Sonos partners page where they can set themselves up.
