Morning all. 
 

was hoping to get some help with an issue. 
 

Every time I was to listen to something I need to re add the station on the app. 
I used to be able to just touch the play button and it would play the same station. 
 

I’ve checked the app settings and the touch controls are set to on. 
 

any help?

When you say “re add the station”, do you mean you follow the instructions on our Add an Internet radio station to Sonos help page, or do you mean you just need to open the app and select the station again?

If the speaker has been rebooted, then the latter is expected behaviour. A system update will force a reboot, so this may have been what happened.

If the speaker ever spontaneously reboots (you’ll see a flashing white light for about 1 minute), this would be a problem, and you should get in touch with our technical support team directly.
