How can I get all of my products running on one app? This is so frustrating? My gen 1 Sonos 5’s are on the sonos1 app and the rest of my products are on the newer app

Downgrading products to the first app won’t affect any features of the newer speakers?

Since you own an Arc, it is not possible to downgrade all your devices to S1.  The Arc is S2 only.  Also the Beam Gen 2, if that is the model you own, is S2 only.  S1 only and S2 only devices cannot be made to work together, period.

You can downgrade some Sonos from S2 or the new Sonos App to S1, see here

Many third party apps handle split S1 and S2 systems in a single app. SonoPhone has done this forever, my preview app for Windows does this too (its predecessor required you to pick which system on startup).
