Is it possible to “tune” a Sonos Radio station? I don’t see a thumbs up/down, but does skipping a song or adding it to your library affect the future selection for that station for me?

Looking briefly through the Sonos support pages and threads here, I’ve not been able to find anything to say Sonos Radio/Radio HD supports a thumbs up/down feature and I’m not aware of the skip-feature affecting the future selection of tracks, but I’m sure that these suggestions would be ‘nice to have’ and would like to see these things added to the service too.
