I have a PORT 48 System.
My first issue this weekend was that the sonos app indicated that my Apple Music account expired (therefore, I could not play any Apple Music). That message was wrong since my Apple account is not expired. I was able to reinstall Apple Music in the app. However, the music did not played. When I click the play arrow, a dark round circle appeared. I contacted Sonos support today and sent a Diagnostics. While talking with Juan, Apple Music began to play. Juan gave a case # to use if I have more problems. And, I do have more problems. Apple Music plays. However, it only plays one song and stop. The system does not plays a whole album, just one song at the time.
Has anyone have hd an Experian similar to me?
Sono’s Radio was always available to play if I want it to.
