Recently started having issues with playing music from Apple Music via the Sonos App. Here are steps I’ve already taken to no avail.

  1. tried removing Apple Music connection and reconnecting the service.
  1. Deleting the Sonos App and reinstalling

Using Alexa voice control will play random music from Apple Music on Sonos, but when I ask to play specific music genres/titles, returns an error saying song cannot be found. 
 

any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot?
