Play 5 Spearkers Turning On By Themselves

My Speakers are kicking on all by themselves without anyone prompting from anyone in the home playing them.  

It appears as if it is being triggered from a Spotify list being played elsewhere (not on wifi at home).  Is there anywhere this can be changed/addressed/modified?

It’s as if the speakers are turning on by themselves every day.

Have you had a guest playing Spotify Connect to your speakers? If so, the guest may still have a connection to your speakers, even not on your wifi anymore.

Try playing e.g. a radio station from within the Sonos app to your speakers. That will break the Spotify connection.

It is a Spotify “feature” and affects not only Sonos:
