Where did the pause all devices button go when upgrading from s1 to s2?   Should be an option in system settings.

To better understand, can you please tell us more about what’s happening?

Assuming that the speakers are grouped together, pausing the speaker from which you started a group (group coordinator) should stop the whole group. 

To check some data from your system, kindly send in a diagnostic report through the Sonos app and reply with the confirmation number so I would have an idea of your setup.

Hi Annazel,  There is nothing broken.  Just a request to return function to be able to “pause all” from the rooms tab that was on S1 version and prior versions but lost with s2 version.
