Hi 

So I purchased the Arc recently and realised that my android phone will not support trueplay and I've already owned iPad pro gen 4 which that didn't work either. 

I went and bought iPhone 12 pro only to find out that still not supported??!!?? I've spent £1500 on the Arc and the sub and on top another £1k on a new iPhone 12 pro only to find out an old iPhone would work only. 

 

Come on guys please sort this out. Can someone from Sonos team get in touch and tell me how long this will take????

Patience.  This requires a fair bit of calibration work.  No chance of Sonos giving a date, they never do.
