I’m really frustrated with the Sonos 2 system. Since upgrading, it’s been nothing but trouble. Here are the main issues:

1. It’s full of glitches and often stops playing music suddenly
2. The volume controls adjust randomly, either blasting music too loud or dropping it to an inaudible level.
3. It frequently loses WiFi connection, even though our internet is stable. It can rarely go from Spotify to Apple music, loses connections constantly actually just now as I am typing this.

These problems have been driving my family crazy all summer. It’s not just an occasional issue; it happens all the time. We have nine Sonos speakers, and our whole system rarely works as it should now.  It is shocking that SONOS has allowed this to happen.

I recommended Sonos to a friend, and he’s having the same issues. It’s embarrassing and has made me look bad. I would NEVER recommend this product to ANYONE.  STOP PUSHING YOUR SONOS HEADPHONES AND FIX THE APP THAT IS A COMPLETE DISASTER!
