Welcome to the new Sonos reality. If it doesn’t work you are effectively on your own. 

the updated Sonos app is getting worse with time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but Problems and now i cannot use the Tunein function at all. It gets stuck on the welcome to tune in and the same add on a loop. Then it will not stop when commanded. Also on opening the App, every time it says it cannot find my sonos products. It is not functioning. which means that, as I use my speakers 80% of the time to listen to the radion that the speakers are now usless to me for 80% of the time.

Is sonos working to address this?
