Lock screen controls disappeared a month ago and I don't have any Apple products. I asked Sonos about this and they did a diagnostic but still the lockscreen controls don't appear. Is this a permanent change? If so, why didn't Sonos just tell me that instead of treating it as a problem that should not occur?
Are lock screen controls enabled in Advanced Settings?

Hmm. I would try removing and reinstalling the controller app. When you start it, be sure to tell it to add to an existing system. You do not want to set up a new system.



By the way, which version of Android is it?
Same problem here on Samsung A8 with Android 9...
